Jenni makes everything she does look easy. She and I worked together over the course of 9 months, meeting weekly per her suggestion, where her team helped us roll out our new internal and external help centers. I was always appreciative of her eagerness to fulfill our requests as quickly as possible, chatting through the details in person, which enabled many of our requests to get completed right there in the meeting. Outside of project work, she was one of two or three people at the company I could go to when I needed to bounce language questions off someone for our writing style guide or company word list.
