My Work
At Benchling, I was responsible for the web strategy and UX/UI of the marketing website and adjacent web properties. Within less than a year, I’ve helped the web team evolve the marketing website—improving both the UX and the UI of integral site experiences. A few projects I was a key contributor on include the strategy, wireframing, and redesign of the blog, webinars experience, and pricing page.
I also strategized, wireframed, and designed Quarterly Launch pages, Digital Assessment Report, Benchling Solutions, Customer Success, Professional Services, Benchling Learning Labs, and Partners. I also redesigned the Careers pages to promote team science, adding a Life at Benchling page to show future employees what the culture is like.
I helped maintain and innovate on the existing design system in Figma, making things more consistent, accessible, and SEO friendly.
I also assisted with adjacent web properties including template selection and design of the Benchling Help Center, chatbot, and events pages including Benchling’s flagship event, Benchtalk.
Along with all the UX/UI design work, I was also proficient in Contentful, Benchling’s CMS, authoring pages and making site updates when necessary.
All these projects involved a massive effort of cross-functional collaboration across the company. The projects I contributed to brought immediate ROI to Benchling, increasing conversions and page interactions.
